Occupational Health Advisor

Occupational Health Advisor | Londonderry | 4-Day Week

Are you an experienced Occupational Health Advisor looking for a structured, 6 month contract in Londonderry?

 

The Role

You will be the go-to expert for employee well-being, focusing on a holistic approach to workplace health. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Case management: Conducting sickness absence reviews and return-to-work assessments with dedicated time allocated for each consultation.

  • Health Surveillance: Managing core programs including Spirometry and Audiometry.

  • Clinical Advisory: Partnering with HR and Management to provide expert guidance on workplace adjustments and rehabilitation.

  • Health Promotion: Contributing to a proactive culture of wellness and risk prevention.

 

What you will need:

  • NMC Registration.

  • OH Expertise: A formal OH qualification (Diploma/Degree) is preferred.

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience in health surveillance and IT-based record management.

  • Communication Skills: The ability to build strong relationships with HR and management teams.
